The General Authority of Endowments in Amran province on Wednesday launched a campaign to provide aid for the displaced Palestinian and Lebanese peoples, as part of the broader initiative titled "And They Prefer Others Over Themselves."
During the inauguration of the campaign, Abdullah al-Jarmouzi, director of the authority's office, emphasized that the campaign was a direct response to the call of the Leader of the Revolution to extend support to the displaced people of Palestine and Lebanon.
Al-Jarmouzi underscored the importance of participation in this campaign as both a religious and humanitarian duty, calling on the people of Imran to contribute generously.
He also praised the heroic sacrifices and legendary feats of the resistance fighters in the Palestinian and Lebanese resistance movements, who continue to stand in solidarity with their peoples amid ongoing struggles against occupation.
The campaign is part of Yemen’s broader effort to support its Arab and Islamic brothers facing hardship, especially those displaced by the ongoing conflicts in Palestine and Lebanon.
