The massive marches in Dhamar witnessed on Friday a powerful display of continued solidarity with Palestine and Lebanon, emphasizing unwavering support for the Palestinian and Lebanese resistance against Israeli and American aggression.
The marches, held across various districts in Dhamar province, were organized under the slogan "With Gaza and Lebanon... On the path of the martyrs until victory."
Participants chanted slogans affirming their pride in the sacrifices of the martyrs, calling for jihad to support their brothers in Palestine and Lebanon, and expressing readiness to confront any escalation.
The demonstrators praised recent military actions taken by Yemen’s armed forces against what they described as the "Zionist enemy" and its American allies.
Notably, they highlighted the targeting of an American aircraft carrier and warships as significant victories in the ongoing struggle. The marches also criticized the Arab leaders' submission and perceived lack of support for the Palestinian cause, urging a more active and principled Arab and Islamic stance against the violence inflicted by Israel and the U.S.
A statement issued by the marchers reaffirmed loyalty to the martyrs, especially the late leader Sayyed Hussein Badr al-Din al-Houthi, and reiterated Yemen’s commitment to supporting Palestine and Lebanon in their resistance.
The statement also praised the leadership of Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, emphasizing his recent decision to carry out targeted military operations that thwarted American plans for a major aggression against Yemen.
The statement conveyed the message that Yemen, grounded in its faith and principles, will not back down from supporting the Palestinian and Lebanese peoples, despite the threats and challenges posed by their enemies.
It blessed "the courageous and historic decision of the leader of the revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, to carry out a targeted, precise operation against an aircraft carrier and a number of American warships in the Red and Arabian Seas, which thwarted American preparations for the largest aggression the enemy intended to carry out against our people, in an attempt to dissuade us from our firm position supporting the Palestinian and Lebanese peoples. We affirm that these courageous decisions represent us and reflect our faith-based identity, and they honor us in this world and the hereafter."
