Dhamar - Saba:
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Administration and Local Development Mohammed Hassan Al-Madani, Minister of Civil Service Khaled Al-Hawali, and Dhamar Governor Mohammed Al-Bukhaiti inaugurated pilot service guides for 11 administrative units in Dhamar Governorate.
During the inauguration, Al-Madani praised the efforts of Dhamar Governorate in preparing government services guides, noting that it is one of the leading governorates in this field. He also called for the completion of the preparation of manuals in all regions, and their application on the ground and their evaluation to ensure improved administrative performance and efficient use of resources.
Al-Madani stressed the importance of disseminating the experience to all governorates, praising the role of evidence in organizing government performance and developing services provided to citizens.
For his part, Minister Al-Hawali described the empirical evidence as a qualitative step within the government's plan to develop services and simplify procedures, ensuring the provision of quality, efficient, and timely services. He pointed to the importance of launching the single service windows and the Dhamar initiative to implement the code of professional conduct.
Al-Hawali also stressed promoting of ethical and administrative values and concerted efforts to achieve sustainable success in improving government services.
