Minister of Finance Abdul-Jabbar Ahmed Mohammed and Minister of Transport and Public Works Mohammed Ayyash Qahim were briefed on the progress of work in the General Directorate of Public Service at the Ministry of Finance, where they reviewed the electronic secretarial system for tracking transactions, which ensures the smooth completion and registration of transactions electronically.
The Minister of Finance stressed that the ministry attaches great importance to the automation of financial work within its strategic plans, pointing out that the system allows the follow-up of transactions electronically until their completion, with text notifications sent to citizens upon completion of their transactions, which contributes to simplifying and speeding up procedures.
Minister Abdul-Jabbar stressed the ministry's commitment to completing networking and automating financial work in all government agencies as part of the priorities of the government of change and construction.
The two ministers also listened to an explanation from the Director of Public Service at the Ministry, Balqees Al-Rahbi, on the details of receiving transactions, the procedures followed to complete them, and the level of progress achieved.
