Russia's exports to the European Union in September exceeded three billion euros for the first time in six months.
In September, EU countries increased imports of Russian products to 3.1 billion euros and exported 2.6 billion euros worth of their products to Russia, which is five percent more than in the previous month, Russian news agencies reported last night.
Over the nine months of this year, Russia and the EU reduced their trade volume by 27 percent to 50.7 billion euros, with Russian exports down 34 percent to 26.4 billion euros and European exports down 17 percent to 24.3 billion euros.
In September, Russia topped the list of gas suppliers to the EU for the first time since spring 2022.
