Sana'a - Saba:
The Yemen Organization for Standardization, Metrology, and Quality Control on Saturday commenced a seven-day training program in the capital Sana'a focused on preparing and training its own staff to become effective trainers.
The program aims to equip 22 participants from the Authority with essential skills in developing and designing training programs, creating relevant content, mastering presentation and delivery techniques, and utilizing modern training tools.
The curriculum covers professional training package design, effective evaluation methods, and skillful classroom management.
At the opening ceremony, Authority's Executive Director Sam al-Bashiri stated that the program will empower staff to develop training plans aligned with international methodologies, design training programs tailored to the Authority's tasks and activities, and deliver these programs effectively.
He emphasized the Authority's dedication to the ongoing training and qualification of its staff, providing them with contemporary methods to enhance their work performance and keep abreast of developments across various fields.
Al-Bashiri noted that these programs are integral to the training plan of the Authority's training center, which encompasses a range of administrative, financial, and technical training initiatives for the Authority's personnel both at the central level and in the provinces.
