The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yahya Ali al-Ra'i, sent a cable of congratulations to the speaker of the Mauritanian parliament, Mohamed Ould Mekt, on the occasion of his country's celebrations of the anniversary of independence.
Brother Yahya Ali Al-Ra'i also sent a cable of congratulations to the Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Albania, Elisa Speroyali, on the occasion of her country's National Day celebrations.
