Mahweet governor Hanin Qatina inspected on Monday the progress of work at the rural hospital in al-Rujum district, and the level of services provided to citizens.
Governor Qatina was briefed on the work in the hospital's departments and clinics, and the construction work on the second floor with self-financing from the hospital and the contribution of the Central Emergency Interventions Unit of the Ministry of Local Administration.
He listened to an explanation from the hospital director, Fahd al-Imad, about the level of medical and treatment services and the hospital's needs for medicines and medical supplies.
The governor of Al-Mahwit praised the efforts of the hospital's leadership and staff and their continued provision of services to patients and work to improve the health situation in the district to alleviate the suffering of citizens.
He urged the medical staff to make more efforts to provide health care and improve the level of medical services in the hospital, appreciating the role of the medical and administrative staff working in the hospital
