Sana'a-Saba:
The Authority for Science, Research, Technology, and Innovation, in cooperation with the educational sector in the Capital Sana'a, launched the first phase of the Science and Technology Olympiad.
This stage targets all public and private secondary schools in the Capital Sana'a and includes competitions in chemistry, physics, biology, and mathematics, to select distinguished students to represent their schools in the following stages.
The competitions include three stages:
1. The first stage: selection of distinguished students from each school.
2. The second stage: is competition at the level of directorates.
3. Final stage: Secretariat-level tests.
In parallel with the academic challenges, creative projects of school students will be received and evaluated electronically, and then reviewed by specialized committees. The winners will be announced and honored by the Authority and the Ministry of Education and Scientific Research.
