Ibb (Saba): A speech and memorial event was held in Ibb Governorate to commemorate the third anniversary of the passing of the late Major General Saleh bin Saleh Al-Wahbi, commander of the Al-Wahbi Brigades.
During the event, the heroic deeds and great positions of courage of the late leader of the nation in confronting the forces of aggression were praised.
