Sana'a - Saba:

The Yemeni Ministry of Information and its affiliated institutions mourned the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Thawra Foundation for Press, Printing, and Publishing for Financial Affairs and Human Resources, Abdullah Hussein Jaber Al-Sheikh, who died at the age of 64 after a long career in the service of the Yemeni media.

In its statement, the ministry praised the deceased's virtues, noting that he held multiple leadership positions, including the external transport officer at Yemen TV, the Director General of Technical Affairs at the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), and the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Agency for Financial and Commercial Affairs, before becoming Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Revolution Foundation.

The statement stressed that the deceased was one of the pioneers of media in Yemen, known for his dedication and devotion to his profession and country, as he devoted his life to serving Yemen and defending its causes. He was also active in the Yemeni Journalists Syndicate and the Yemeni Media Union, and stood out for his national stances against the aggression against Yemen.

In conclusion, the Ministry of Information and its affiliated institutions extend their sincere condolences to the deceased's family and his colleagues in the media community.
