Ibb - Saba:
The deputy governor of Ibb province, Qasim Al-Masawi, inaugurated on Saturday the concrete paving project for the main road of Al-Ahqari area "Jabal Maoud" in Rif Ibb district.
The road project, which is three kilometers long and 6 to 7 meters wide, at a cost of 120 million riyals, funded by locals , expatriates and a contribution from the Central Emergency Development Interventions Unit, serves 30,000 residents of the area and contributes to improving transportation.
He also inaugurated a project to drill two hand wells for drinking water in the same area, which will serve 12,000 people and was implemented with the contribution of the local population and self-support from the community initiatives officer, Salah Rajeh.
He emphasized that these efforts reflect the community's commitment to improving living conditions and meeting the needs of the population, calling for continued teamwork and strengthening community initiatives to achieve more developmental achievements.
The deputy governor noted that the provincial leadership supports efforts that serve the interests of citizens and contribute to the development of infrastructure to serve development.
