Mohammed al-Banous, Undersecretary of the Capital Sana'a for the Education and Youth Sector, conducted on Sunday an inspection to assess the progress of the educational process in schools in al-Sabeen district of the capital Sana'a.
Al-Banous visited al-Hawrish, Tariq bin Ziyad, and Abdulrahman al-Ghafiqi schools, where he was joined by Taj al-Din el-Kebsi, Director of the educational district.
During the visit, al-Banous reviewed the performance of teachers and the academic achievements of students. He also examined various school records, including those related to school administration, social specialists, activities, media, and attendance.
The Undersecretary toured the school laboratories, libraries, and resource rooms. He listened to feedback from the staff, especially regarding the laboratories' needs.
Al-Banous received a briefing on the progress of the educational and pedagogical processes, including ongoing activities and programs. He also discussed the measures taken to address challenges faced during the school year.
Praising the efforts of the teaching staff, al-Banous commended their dedication to the success of the educational process despite the significant challenges, including the interruption of salaries due to the ongoing aggression and siege.
