Wehdat Sana'a team achieved an exciting and difficult victory over its rival Al-Ahli 50-49 in a match that brought the two teams together at Al-Rowad Hall at Al-Ahly Club, within the second leg of the first phase of Sana'a gathering in the men's basketball first division league.
The match was characterized by rivalry and excitement, as Al-Ahli won the first period with a score of 17-6, but Al-Wahda regained its balance in the second period and won by a large margin of 20-8.
The match continued with a close performance in the third and fourth periods, as Al-Wahda won the third 14-12, while Al-Ahli decided the fourth period in its favor 12-10, but was unable to compensate for the point difference that ended in favor of Al-Wahda.
This victory is Al-Wahda's second in the league, raising its score to 4 points and advancing to fourth place, while Al-Ahli's balance froze at two points in seventh place.
