Sana'a - Saba:
The local authority in Sana'a province, in collaboration with the General Mobilization, organized on Wednesday a speech event to launch the activities and events of Eid Friday Rajab.
This event, held under the slogan "Friday Rajab is an Authentication of the Faith Identity," marks the continuation of the general mobilization and the fifth phase of al-Aqsa Flood campaign in support of Gaza.
The inauguration event, attended by Shura Council member Fadl Maneh and several province undersecretaries, emphasized the importance of celebrating this occasion, which carries deep connotations for enhancing faith identity.
Province Undersecretary Sheikh Ibrahim Hamid al-Din, during his speech, highlighted the historical role of the Yemeni people in supporting Islam and the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) since the early days of Islam.
He stressed the need to preserve Yemen’s faith identity, particularly among younger generations, to confront the challenges posed by external enemies. He reminded the audience that Yemenis were among the first to embrace Islam and defend it, paying the ultimate sacrifice for it.
The Sheikh also warned of the current efforts by enemies of Islam, led by America, Britain, and the Zionist entity, alongside their allies in the normalization regimes. He emphasized the importance of unity to protect the Islamic nation from those seeking to destroy its faith and values.
Sheikh Abdulkarim Atef, a member of the Yemeni Scholars Association, also addressed the significance of commemorating Eid Friday Rajab.
He emphasized that this occasion fosters awareness about the preservation of faith identity and counters the enemies' attempts to mislead the Muslim community from the true path of Islam.
Atef pointed out that the celebration reflects the strong bond between the people of Yemen and the House of Prophethood, and underscores their loyalty in spreading Islam globally.
Atef also praised the leadership of Sayyed Abdul Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, who has been a steadfast supporter of the Palestinian cause, commending the Palestinian people's resilience against Zionist-American aggression. He called for adherence to the directives of the revolution's leader to strengthen the faith identity and thwart the plans of the global arrogance forces.
The event concluded with calls for unity and continued efforts to protect and uphold the values of faith and resistance against external enemies.
