The people of Al-Qabitah District in Lahj Province gathered on Friday in two marches and a massive rally under the slogan "We Continue to Support Gaza and Confront Zionist Aggression Against the Ummah," reaffirming their steadfast stance, commitment to jihad in the path of God, and support for the oppressed Palestinian people.
Participants in the marches and rally, led by the province’s Mobilization Official, Jamil Al-Sufi, along with social, military, and security figures, chanted slogans emphasizing solidarity with the people of Gaza against Zionist arrogance and barbaric brutality.
They reiterated Yemen’s unwavering stance alongside the Palestinian people against the Zionist enemy until victory is achieved, condemning the continued crimes of the criminal Israeli entity in the Gaza Strip amid shameful Arab and international silence.
They stressed that the Yemeni people will never retreat, tire, or abandon their religious, humanitarian, and moral duty to support Gaza, no matter the difficulties or sacrifices.
A statement issued during the rallies reaffirmed their firm and resolute stance in confronting the crimes and schemes of the Zionist-American enemy in the region, particularly their efforts to enforce the complete subjugation of the Ummah’s peoples.
The statement emphasized the continuation of Yemen’s comprehensive official and popular support for Gaza and all of Palestine—its people and resistance—in the face of the crimes of the Zionist enemy entity, which is fully backed by the United States.
On the first anniversary of the martyrdom of the great mujahid Mohammed Al-Deif, the statement called on the peoples of the Ummah to draw inspiration from the highest values of humanity, sacrifice, and devotion to God exemplified by such martyred leaders, urging them to immerse themselves in faith, adhere to the Quran, arm themselves with awareness and insight.
The statement also praised the success of recent naval military operations, which achieved deterrence, fully and officially sealed off the port of Umm Al-Rashrash, and shattered any illusions of breaking the Yemeni blockade on the port.
