Sana'a - Saba:
The Supreme Authority for Tenders and Auctions Control has called on all government agencies, including those in the public and mixed sectors, to reactivate the publication of tender and auction advertisements on the Authority's official website.
In a circular issued to all parties covered by the Tenders and Auctions Law, the Authority reminded agencies of Cabinet Resolution No. (73) of 2014, which approved the use of the government procurement system by government entities according to the mechanisms set by the Authority.
The circular emphasized that all types of procurement operations must be advertised on the Authority’s website to ensure transparency and proper oversight.
