Ramallah - Saba:
The international Action Aid Foundation on Saturday considered that targeting the remaining hospitals in the northern Gaza Strip is tantamount to issuing a death sentence against them and the patients and the injured as a result of the ongoing aggression. It confirmed that the enemy is preventing the entry of winter supplies to Gaza.
Director of Support and Advocacy at the Foundation Reham al-Jaafari said in an interview with Voice of Palestine Radio today that what is happening is a serious violation of international laws that call for respecting the rights of women and children, especially in light of the prevailing weather conditions, noting that this year's winter is unfortunately another cause of death in the Strip.
Al-Jaafari called for a ceasefire, protecting citizens and hospitals, and bringing in aid and medical and winter supplies, adding that Action Aid distributed some winter supplies despite their scarcity and accumulation in trucks at the crossings leading to the Strip without the occupation allowing them to enter.
