The Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) finished Tuesday’s trading session on a positive note, with the general index rising by 47.56 points, or 0.64%, to close at 7,477.85 points. A total of 282 million shares were exchanged through 15,244 transactions, valued at 63.7 million Kuwaiti dinars (approximately 194.2 million dollars).

The Main Market Index saw a modest increase of 25.74 points, or 0.37%, reaching 7,050.54 points. It recorded a trading volume of 145.17 million shares worth 18.7 million dinars (57.5 million dollars).

Meanwhile, the Premier Market Index surged by 55.64 points, or 0.70%, to 7,952.23 points, with 136.8 million shares traded, totaling 44.9 million dinars (138.2 million dollars). The Main 50 Index also gained 14.6 points, up 0.20%, closing at 7,001.90 points. This segment saw 81.4 million shares traded across 4,153 transactions, valued at 11 million dinars (33.8 million dollars).
