Dhamar - Saba:
A four-day training course for field school facilitators began on Monday in Dhamar province.
Organized by the agriculture sector, the course aims to qualify 36 agricultural guides to work as facilitators for field schools within the "Implementing Field Schools in the Directorates" program.
Funded by the Executive Unit for the Management of Agricultural Projects and Initiatives Financing, the course focuses on equipping participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to conduct effective guidance sessions and train members of field schools. The program aims to expand the cultivation of grains, legumes, and livestock.
Dr. Adel Omar, Director of the Executive Unit, emphasized the importance of the course in providing participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to analyze agricultural problems and develop effective interventions.
Engineer Fouad al-Kouri, Director of the Guidance Department, highlighted the importance of the training center, which includes participatory agricultural guidance, facilitation skills, the role of the agricultural guide, guidance methods, the methodology of field schools, and various agricultural fields and activities.
