The Shura Council mourned the death of Dr. Muhammad Abdullah Ismail Al-Kibsi at the age of 63, after a career full of giving in the service of the homeland.
The obituary statement praised the virtues of the deceased his high morals, and his distinguished role in the positions he held, whether in the military or civilian side, such as membership in the House of Representatives, the Agency of Shabwa Governorate, and the Security and Traffic Department in Al-Mahwit Governorate, reaching his membership in the Shura Council and his chairmanship of the Constitutional, Legal and Judicial Committee.
The statement also noted his scientific and legal expertise, his contributions to research and studies, and his effective participation in national and Arab seminars. It pointed to his prominent societal role in reconciling and resolving social issues, and his honorable positions in defending the homeland and opposing aggression against Yemen.
The Council expressed its sincere condolences to the family of the deceased, especially the former Minister of Culture Abdullah Ahmed Al-Kibsi, and the sons of the deceased Munir, Osama, and Hamid, and the entire Al-Kabsi tribe in Khawlan District.
