A meeting was held on Monday in the Parliament to discuss preparations for the first scientific conference on therapeutic nutrition in Yemen.

The meeting emphasized the importance of promoting and spreading the culture of therapeutic nutrition among society and improving the health situation in the country.

Participants discussed the role of the conference in raising awareness among patients who have undergone surgeries and require long-term care.

Director General of Nutrition at the Ministry of Health and Environment Hamood al-Muntaser confirmed that the conference will address various topics related to therapeutic nutrition and its current status in Yemen.
