Cairo - Saba:
A high-level leadership delegation from the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas arrived on Monday in the Egyptian capital, Cairo, on an official visit headed by head of the leadership council Mohammed Darwish.
Hamas said in a statement that the delegation is scheduled to meet with the Egyptian leadership and discuss developments in implementing the ceasefire agreement and exchanging prisoners in its three stages.
It indicated that the delegation includes the leadership council and the movement's negotiating delegation, namely "Khaled Meshaal, Khalil al-Hayya, Zaher Jabarin, Nizar Awadallah, Mohammed Nasr, and Ghazi Hamad."
Hamas noted in its statement that the delegation will meet with the liberated prisoners who were released last Saturday.
