Hodeida - Saba:
A training course in first aid on Thursday concluded in Hodeida Governorate, which was organized by the branch of the National Women's Committee in the governorate in cooperation with the Revolution Hospital Authority.
The five-day course aimed to provide 28 trainees with health skills in how to provide emergency first aid for medical cases, and to learn about cardiopulmonary resuscitation methods, suffocation, drowning, bleeding, shock, burns, wounds, poisons and fractures.
In conclusion, the head of the committee's branch, Fairouz Al-Waisi, appreciated the support and cooperation of the leadership of the Revolution Hospital Authority in implementing this course to spread the culture of emergency first aid in the community to save the patient's life in the event of injuries or sudden crises that may lead to his death.
She noted the importance of implementing such courses to raise the level of health awareness at the level of each family, which helps in providing first aid for emergency cases, indicating that this course comes within the community activities adopted by the National Women's Committee.
