Sana'a City on Thursday saw the conclusion of a training course that aimed to qualify 16 technicians and administrators from Azal University in the field of computers.
The course, implemented in two weeks through the Kafel Development Foundation and funded by the Skills Development Fund, aimed to enhance the participants' capabilities in using the "Advanced Excel" program and its accessories to improve administrative performance in general.
At the conclusion, the Vice President of the University, Dr. Masoud Raqi, pointed out the importance of the course in enhancing the efficiency of employees and improving their performance, stressing the keenness to provide continuous training courses that keep pace with modern technological developments in all the university's activities and the tasks of its technical and administrative cadres.
The head of Kafel Foundation, Ali Baydan, explained that the trainees learned about data management and organization methods through "Excel", carrying out practical tasks and activities that reflected the level of their skills acquired during the course.
In turn, the trainees stressed the importance of organizing such a qualitative course, the extent of benefit from the course, and the keenness to apply the acquired skills in their job duties at the university.
