Tulkarm - Saba:

The Zionist enemy forces continue to displace Palestinians from Tulkarm camp by sending more military reinforcements of vehicles and bulldozers and continuing to destroy infrastructure and public and private property.

The Palestinian News Agency, WAFA, said on Thursday evening that the camp is witnessing a large deployment of snipers on top of tall buildings inside and around the camp, after seizing them and forcing their residents to leave, amidst random gunfire, blowing up several homes, bulldozing other entrances and closing them with dirt, and detaining their residents inside them in difficult conditions.

The occupation forces continued to force the camp residents to leave their homes and go out to the city, specifically from the neighborhoods of: Al-Akasha, Al-Ghanem, Al-Nadi, and Al-Matar, which exacerbated their suffering and humanitarian needs, especially the elderly, women and children.
The head of the Popular Committee for Tulkarm Camp Services, Faisal Salama, said that the camp conditions are still very difficult in light of the military reinforcements of the occupation that are arriving there, and the accompanying continuous destruction of the infrastructure and citizens' properties.

He pointed out that thousands of citizens have left the camp so far, and were forced at gunpoint to leave the camp, and they have become scattered in all the suburbs of the city from Iktaba, Al-Rashid neighborhood in Dhenaba, Al-Azb, and Shuwaika.

He explained that the Red Crescent Society is transporting the displaced from the camp to the suburbs, and transporting the elderly, women and children to Al-Rawda Mosque in the western neighborhood of Tulkarm, while providing them with food, drink and medicine.

Salama warned of the severe shortage of milk, baby diapers, food, drinking water and medicine for chronic diseases for the elderly inside the camp, and there are urgent appeals from citizens who are still in their homes, suffering from the cutting of water and electricity lines, which poses a danger to those with chronic diseases who live on oxygen cylinders.

In turn, the director of the Palestinian Red Crescent Society, Tulkarm branch, Manal Al-Hafi, told the "Wafa" agency, "We in the society, through the central operations room, receive many calls from citizens inside the camp and appeals to help them leave the camp, especially the elderly, people with disabilities and children, which constitutes a burden on our crews due to the difficulty of the infrastructure that was destroyed by the occupation, in addition to preventing us on many occasions from reaching some of the camp's neighborhoods, especially the distant ones, despite being allowed to enter after coordination with the Red Cross." She added that the areas that the crews were able to reach are those adjacent to the entrance to the camp, despite the continuous appeals from citizens to deliver basic needs to them such as milk, baby diapers, drinking water and medicines.
