Philadelphia - Saba:

A medical ambulance plane crashed in Philadelphia, USA, on Friday, with six people on board, including a child, while the operating company has not confirmed the existence of survivors from the accident.

Jet Rescue Air Ambulance said its plane crashed with four crew members, a sick child and his companion on board.

The company said in a statement, "At this time, we cannot confirm the existence of any survivors."

For his part, US President Donald Trump expressed his regret for the loss of "more innocent lives."
