Barcelona defeated Deportivo Alaves by a goal without reply, on Sunday, in the twenty-second round of the Spanish Football League.

Barcelona's only goal was scored by Polish striker Robert Lewandowski in the 62nd minute.

Barcelona raised its score to 45 points, in third place, four points behind leaders Real Madrid (49 points), and three points behind second-place Atletico Madrid (48).

Deportivo Alaves, on the other hand, are stuck in eighteenth place with 21 points.

Valencia will play Celta Vigo, Osasuna will play Real Sociedad, and Real Betis will play Athletic Bilbao.
