Parliament speaker Yahya al-Ra'i on Tuesday awarded Chairman of the General Investment Authority Yasser al-Mansour, with the Parliament Shield.

The award recognizes the Authority's significant contributions to supporting development efforts, creating a conducive investment environment, and promoting strategic investment projects.

Al-Ra'i also presented a certificate of appreciation to al-Mansour for his instrumental role in the development and implementation of the new Investment Law, which aims to support local production and attract foreign investment.

The event emphasized the importance of collaboration between the government and the private sector to drive economic growth and development in Yemen.

This recognition highlights the crucial role played by the General Investment Authority in fostering economic development and attracting investment to Yemen.
