A three-day training workshop on the principles and fundamentals of using ultrasound devices and fetal Doppler technology commenced on Wednesday at Amran University.
Organized by the Clinical Department of the College of Medicine and Health Sciences, the workshop aims to enhance the skills of 120 participants from various governorates in gynecology and obstetrics.
This workshop is part of a series of training sessions leading up to the third annual medical conference on "Gynecology and Obstetrics," scheduled for February 12-13, 2025.
University officials emphasized the importance of the workshop in advancing medical knowledge and skills in the field of women's health.
The workshop will cover the latest advancements in reproductive surgeries, laparoscopy, and obstetrics, with a focus on the role of artificial intelligence in medical research and the significance of modern technologies like ultrasound devices and endoscopes in improving patient care.
