The National Center for Meteorology and Early Warning predicted cold and relatively cold weather during the night and early morning in a number of governorates.
According to the weather bulletin issued by the center, cold weather is expected during the night and early morning in the governorates of Al-Bayda, Dhamar, Sana'a, Amran and Sa'ada, with minimum temperatures ranging between 05-07 degrees Celsius.
It is likely that the weather will be relatively cold in the highlands of Al-Jawf, Marib, Al-Mahwit, Raymah, Ibb and Al-Dhale'e and parts of desert areas, with minimum temperatures ranging between 08-10 degrees Celsius.
The center explained that the lowest temperatures recorded in some meteorological monitoring stations this morning were as follows: Dhamar: 5.3, Amran: 5.6, Al-Bayda: 6.3, Sana'a: 7.0, Ibb: 9.5 degrees Celsius.
He warned citizens, especially the elderly, children, patients and workers at night and early morning, to take the necessary precautions against cold weather and temperature fluctuations.
