The Deputy Governor of Al-Hodeida Province for Financial and Administrative Affairs, Mohammed Al-Nahiri, inspected on Saturday the level of job discipline and the progress of work in the public departments in the province office.
The Undersecretary listened to an explanation from the Director General of Financial and Administrative Affairs, Issa Shuaib, about the progress of work in following up the discipline of employees, the level of compliance with administrative work regulations, and what has been implemented regarding the payment of salaries for the month of December last year in accordance with the exceptional executive regulations for the payment of salaries.
He reviewed the activities of the General Department of Administrative Development Research and Training, the level of efforts exerted in implementing workshops , courses according to the plan for the year 1446H, the extent of attention to training , qualification standards for cadres and course outputs.
He discussed with the leadership of the General Department of Information, Statistics and Documentation, the Complaints and Public Service Department, the Department of Financial and Administrative Affairs, aspects of improving work, networking the directorates, and the mechanism of the local authority's automated system in the province's diwan.
The Undersecretary of Financial and Administrative Affairs praised the efforts of the directors and employees of the general departments in the Provincial Diwan, the level of keenness to accomplish tasks, as well as job discipline. He pointed out that the visit aims to follow up and evaluate performance and solve difficulties.
