French President Emmanuel Macron said Wednesday that any solution to rebuild Gaza "must not come at the expense of disrespecting the rights of Palestinians and territorial sovereignty."
He explained that "the Palestinians of the Gaza Strip do not want to settle abroad, and the countries of the region refuse to do so."
"You can't say to two million people, don't move to your cities in Gaza because it's a political issue, not a real estate operation," Macron said.
