Gaza - Saba:
The head of the Government Media Office, Salama Maarouf, said that the Zionist enemy is reneging on the ceasefire agreement by halting the entry of humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip.
Maarouf stressed in press statements on Friday that the humanitarian situation portends an exacerbation of the suffering of the people of the Strip, with food supplies running out.
He pointed out that six out of 25 bakeries have stopped operating, with a severe shortage of drinking water. He noted that more than 90% of the Gaza Strip's population lacks access to drinking water.
Ma'rouf stressed that there is a real return to signs of famine throughout the Strip, adding, "We do not rule out the possibility that the Gaza Strip's municipalities will announce the suspension of the operation of fuel-fired wells."
The Israeli authorities have closed the Kerem Shalom crossing for the thirteenth consecutive day, exacerbating the humanitarian, health, and food crisis in the Strip, which has been suffering due to the Zionist war of extermination, which lasted 15 months.
