Sana'a - Saba:

A five-day training program focused on strategic planning and formulation concluded on Thursday at the Standardization, Metrology, and Quality Control Authority.

The program aimed to equip 36 of the Authority's leaders with essential skills for developing and implementing effective strategic plans.

During the training, participants covered key areas of strategic planning, including the strategic planning process, strategic analysis, strategy formulation, and risk management.

The Executive Director emphasized the importance of the program in strengthening the Authority's ability to align its strategies with its mission and goals, ensuring better preparedness for future challenges.
