Al-Qassam Brigades and Palestinian resistance factions handed over the bodies of four "Israeli" prisoners to the International Red Cross crews this morning, Thursday, as part of the prisoner exchange deal "Flood of the Free".

According to Palestinian media, the factions, led by the Al-Qassam Brigades, Al-Quds Brigades, and the Mujahideen Brigades, handed over the bodies of four "Israeli" prisoners in the town of Bani Suhaila, east of Khan Yunis, in the southern Gaza Strip.

Al-Qassam Brigades set up a handover platform with a picture of the head of the occupation government, Benjamin Netanyahu, and pictures of the dead prisoners, and the words "killed by the war criminal Benjamin Netanyahu" were written on them.

Earlier, Hamas explained in a statement about handing over the bodies of four "Israeli" prisoners that "the Qassam Brigades and the resistance were keen in the ceremony of handing over the bodies of the "Israeli" prisoners to respect the sanctity of the dead, and the occupation did not respect their lives while they were alive." It pointed out that "we preserved the lives of the occupation prisoners and provided them with what we could and treated them humanely, but their army killed them along with their captors," adding, "the enemy's army killed its prisoners by bombing their places of detention, and its Nazi government bears responsibility after it repeatedly obstructed the exchange agreement."
