Ibb - Saba:
The distribution of 10,000 cement bags was launched to support community initiatives in Al-Udain, As-Saddah and An-Nadrah directorates in Ibb Governorate, funded by the Central Emergency Interventions Unit, in the presence of Deputy Minister of Administration and Local and Rural Development, Ammar Al-Hareb, and Governor of Ibb, Jamal Al-Hamri.
During the launch in Al-Udain Directorate, Deputy Al-Hareb praised the community interaction in implementing development projects, stressing the state's interest in encouraging these initiatives by providing cement and diesel to support local development efforts.
Director of Al-Udain Directorate, Sinan Al-Sinan, and representative of the Interventions Unit in the governorate, Ahmed Abu Lahoum, explained that the unit, under the directives of Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Administration and Local and Rural Development, pays great attention to community initiatives, given their role in providing basic needs for society, especially in roads and water projects.
He pointed out that the quantities distributed today were allocated to the three directorates due to their specificity and importance, to encouragre the implementation of community projects, activating local initiatives, and motivating the community to participate effectively.
