Occupation accelerates breaking withdrawal agreement & announces it will remain in five Lebanese locations

Beirut - Saba:
One day away from the end of the deadline for the withdrawal of the Zionist enemy army from southern Lebanon, a new crisis hit the implementation of the ceasefire agreement, after the Zionist enemy confirmed its repudiation of the agreement, announcing its continued occupation of five strategic military points inside Lebanese territory.

On Tuesday, February 18, will be the date of the full Zionist withdrawal from southern Lebanon, in accordance with the ceasefire agreement, which came into effect at dawn on November 27.

Zionist leaks confirm that the enemy army remains in five strategic points inside southern Lebanon. The Zionist enemy army announced that its occupying forces will remain in five "strategic points" in Lebanon after the deadline for their withdrawal from the south expires on Tuesday.

Zionist military spokesman Nadav Shoshani said today, Monday, that "based on the current situation, we will leave limited forces temporarily deployed at five strategic points along the border with Lebanon, so that we continue to defend our residents and make sure that there is no immediate threat," he claimed.

Bloomberg reported that the so-called Zionist Minister of Strategic Affairs, Ron Dermer, indicated that "Israel" will maintain five high strategic points inside Lebanon after the end of the ceasefire deadline that expires on Tuesday.

The Lebanese newspaper "Al-Akhbar" said that the five points in which the Zionist enemy army will be stationed after the withdrawal include Labouna, Hammamat, Jabal Balat and an area between the towns of Wadi Hunin, Marqaba and Jal al-Dir in the Atirun region.

Lebanon, through its officials, emphasized its rejection of Israel's stay in the five points, and warned that any stay of Zionist forces in occupied Lebanese territories could lead to a wider escalation.

According to a statement from the Lebanese presidency, President Joseph Aoun emphasized that Lebanon will not tolerate a single Zionist presence on its territory, stressing that completing the Zionist withdrawal from southern Lebanon is a top priority.

Aoun insisted that no Zionist presence will be accepted on Lebanese territory, calling the claim that "Israel" remains in some hills a "military fallacy" in light of the open skies.

Aoun expressed concern over Israel's lack of commitment to the agreed withdrawal schedule, noting that Lebanon cannot afford more wars or military escalation.

The Lebanese president said that Lebanon does not trust the Zionist enemy, arguing that Israel's failure to fully withdraw from southern Lebanon could once again threaten the stability of the region.

The Lebanese president added that Lebanon seeks to achieve a full Zionist withdrawal from Lebanese territory by the agreed date, noting that Lebanon's response to any attempts to evade the commitment will be through a unified national stance.

In response to the Zionist enemy's evasion of its commitments, Hezbollah Secretary General Sheikh Naim Qassem stressed that Israel must fully withdraw on February 18, calling on the Lebanese state to work with every effort to complete the full withdrawal and not respond to the enemy's demands to stay at any point.

"On February 18, Israel must withdraw from all the Lebanese territories it occupied during its aggression," Qassem said in a speech last night. There is no excuse for it and the state must not accept five points or others. There is no excuse for the continuation of the occupation and the Lebanese state's position must be firm and decisive."

"Any Zionist military presence on Lebanese territory after February 18 will be considered an occupying force," Qassem said, adding, "Everyone knows how to deal with the occupation."

In the face of this development, Lebanese Defense Minister Michel Mensa said today that the government will not accept the Zionist occupation forces remaining after the end of the truce on February 18.

"The government and Lebanon seek to achieve the Zionist withdrawal from south Lebanon, and Israel is obstructing the implementation of Resolution 1701," Mensa said.

Whatever the Zionist enemy's position on the withdrawal, all indications are that the Lebanese resistance, led by Hezbollah, remains strong, with its capabilities, and its mujahideen are fully prepared and motivated to confront the Zionist enemy and expel it from all the Lebanese territories it occupies.

Hezbollah has been and remains faithful to the sacrifices, and will not allow any Zionist survival and any new Zionist equation at the expense of national rights and Lebanese sovereignty.
