Gaza - Saba:
The Director General of the Government Media Office in Gaza, Ismail Al-Thawabta, confirmed that more than 612 Palestinian martyrs are still being held by the Israeli occupation in what is known as the "Cemeteries of Numbers", including prisoners who were executed in cold blood by the occupation inside prisons or during detention.
He pointed out, in a post on the "X" platform, that "long decades have passed, and the hypocritical world maintains shameful silence, as no voice is raised to demand the liberation of the bodies of the martyrs and their delivery to their families, and no one dares to call for the whitewashing of the prisons of the Cemeteries of Numbers".
He considered this "a stain on the forehead of humanity and a real test of the global conscience!"
The Palestinian resistance factions handed over the bodies of 4 prisoners of the occupation in Bani Suhaila, east of Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip, to the International Red Cross, as part of the first phase of the exchange deal.
