The Undersecretary of the Economy, Industry and Investment Ministry for the Industry Sector, Ayman Al-Khalqi, inspected on Tuesday the conditions of the Radfan Ceramics Factory.
During the visit, the Undersecretary listened to an explanation of the issues and obstacles facing the factory and plans to restart it.
The Undersecretary stressed the importance of restarting the factory and working to encourage the ceramic , marble industry and benefit from local raw materials. He pointed to the encouraging advantages included in the investment law for national industries based on local raw materials.
He pointed out the importance of working to reduce the cost of production and reduce dependence on traditional energy, which consumes large sums of money and moving towards the use of alternative energy, and enabling local ceramic products to compete in the markets.
He also emphasized that the success of this factory will encourage investors to enter this field , take advantage of the local raw materials , the quality of marble and ceramics that our country abounds in.
