Sana'a - Saba:
The National Center for Meteorology and Early Warning forecasts scattered rain in several governorates, with active to strong winds along the coasts over the next 24 hours.
The center stated in its weather bulletin that scattered rain, sometimes accompanied by thunder, is expected in parts of the governorates of Sa'ada, Hajjah, Al Mahwit, Amran, Sana'a, Dhamar, Raymah, Ibb, Al Bayda, and Al Dhale'e, as well as the northern parts of Taiz, Lahj, and Abyan.
It indicated the possibility of active to strong winds south of the Red Sea, the Bab al-Mandab Strait, and the western Gulf of Aden, with maximum speeds reaching 30 knots.
The center warned citizens to avoid valleys and floodplains, and warned drivers to avoid poor horizontal visibility due to low clouds, fog, and water mist that may form due to high relative humidity.
He also warned seafarers and fishermen in the southern Red Sea, the Bab al-Mandab Strait and the western Gulf of Aden of rough seas and high waves.
