The third international scientific conference on "Palestine, the central issue of the nation," under the title "You are not alone," with wide local, Arab, Islamic and international participation, will begin tomorrow, Saturday, in the capital Sana'a.
In a statement to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the head of the preparatory committee for the conference, Dr. Abdulrahim Al-Hamran, explained that the conference, which will last until 25 Ramadan, coincides with the International Al-Quds Day to mobilize the Islamic nation and the free people of the world to confront the cancerous gland in the body of the nation, especially after the operation "Al-Aqsa flood" and the battle "Promised Conquest and Holy Jihad", which represented a pivotal turning point in the course of the conflict with the Israeli entity.
He stressed that "Al-Aqsa Flood" battle contributed to stopping normalization and united the efforts of the people of the nation to define the compass of hostility towards the Zionist enemy entity, revealed the truth of the conflict with the Jews, and worked to abort the deal of the century and the projects of division and fragmentation called the New Middle East.
Dr. Al-Hamran pointed out that the conference aims to consolidate the Qur'anic vision towards the conflict with the Zionist enemy in deepening the grievance, the dangers of normalization and the importance of boycott, as well as explaining the grievance of the Palestinian people and the methods and means of the Zionist enemy in deepening the grievance and exposing the dangers of normalization.
In a similar statement, Dr. Ahmed Al-Arami, vice chairman of the preparatory committee, said that the conference will discuss in three days 173 papers and working papers that were accepted out of 272 papers and working papers submitted by participants, researchers and activists from "Yemen, Palestine, Lebanon, Tunisia, Libya, Egypt, India, Malaysia" a number of participants and activists from several foreign countries.
Dr. Al-Arami pointed out that the topics of the conference were divided into seven themes, including "The Qur'anic Vision of the Conflict with the Zionist Enemy" The Palestinian issue as a model, the strategies of the Zionist enemy in establishing Greater Israel, the ambitions of the Zionist enemy in Yemen, the dangers of normalization and the importance of boycott, and the strategic dimensions of Operation Al-Aqsa Flood.
The vice chairman of the preparatory committee emphasized that the opening session of the conference will witness the participation of a group of activists, delegations and free people from different countries of the world who are in solidarity with Gaza and support the grievances of the Palestinian people.
