Leader of the Revolution Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi on Wednesday reiterated his firmness in Yemen's principled, faith-based, humanitarian, and moral position in supporting the Palestinian people with all our might, without hesitation or retreat.
In a speech he delivered at al-Quds Forum, as part of the World al-Quds Day activities, the Leader said, "We affirm our firmness in our principled, faith-based, humanitarian, and moral position in supporting the Palestinian people with all our might, without hesitation or retreat, relying on God Almighty, trusting in Him, and confident in His victory."
We salute with honor and respect the dear martyrs on the path to al-Quds, from Palestine, Lebanon, Yemen, Iraq, and Iran, and the mujahideen on all fronts of support, and the peoples and countries that carry the banner of jihad and lead the nation in confronting Zionist-Israeli-American tyranny and aggression, the leader said.
He added, "We speak from the pulpit of al-Quds this year, and we remember the two beloved historical martyr leaders: the martyr of Islam and humanity, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah (may Allah be pleased with him), and the great martyr leader, the martyr of al-Aqsa Mosque and Palestine, Ismail Haniyeh (may God be pleased with him)."
He continued, "Their words and positions were expressive of the right position, mobilizing the nation, and influential on the ground. They emanated from a position of sincere will and serious intention, within the framework of their historic role, their pioneering presence, and their great contributions, in which they offered everything for the sake of God Almighty on the path to al-Quds. They also contributed greatly to confronting Israeli tyranny and aggression, and were at the forefront of our Islamic nation in carrying the banner of jihad for the sake of Allah."
The Leader of the Revolution remembered a great and beloved leader who participated in the past year, in the pulpit of al-Quds, is: the former Iranian president, the late Sayyed Ebrahim Raisi, who was also a model among presidents in his dedication and concern for this issue. He also expressed the position of the Islamic Republic of Iran and embodied it in practice.
He emphasized that discussing the Palestinian issue, within the framework of clarifying the necessity of adopting the correct position, one that rises to the level of responsibility and the magnitude of the challenge, is very important.
The leader added, "The aggressive path of the Israeli enemy, in partnership with the United States, is directed toward a clear goal: to liquidate the Palestinian cause and attempt to displace the Palestinian people from Palestine."
He continued, "This is evident in the statements and positions announced by the Americans and Israelis, and is not merely accusations or talk about intentions. It is also evident in the aggressive and criminal practices of the Israeli enemy against the Palestinian people, through the ongoing aggression on the Gaza Strip, genocide, comprehensive destruction, starvation, and deprivation of water, as well as what the Israeli enemy is committing in the West Bank, in several governorates, such as Jenin, Tulkarm, and Nablus. Killings, destruction of homes, and the displacement of tens of thousands of Palestinians."
The Leader emphasized the need for everyone, especially the Arab countries, to assume their responsibilities, given their religious, humanitarian, and moral responsibilities, and their national security concerns, to take serious action and adopt a courageous and historic stance to prevent the displacement of the Palestinian people and reject normalization with the Israeli enemy.
He explained that Yemen, both officially and popularly, has taken its stance within the framework of its authentic faith, expressed by the Messenger of God (may Allah bless him and his family) when he said, "Faith is Yemeni, and wisdom is Yemeni." It has taken a comprehensive action to support the Palestinian people at all levels, and has contributed, along with the support fronts of the "Axis of Jihad, Jerusalem, and Resistance," to participate militarily through naval operations and hundreds of missile strikes. Ballistic missiles, drones, and hypersonic missiles are being launched into occupied Palestine to target Israeli targets.
Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi also affirmed that Yemen will continue to do so without retreat, despite the American aggression.
