On this day, April 9, dozens of civilians were killed or wounded in several Yemeni governorates in airstrikes launched by the US-Saudi-Emirati aggression.
On April 9, 2015, five civilians were killed and more than 15 others were wounded in airstrikes launched by the aggression on a mosque and several neighborhoods in the city of Amran.
The aggression targeted water tanks on Talmas Mountain, which belong to the water project station in Sa'ada city, as well as the pipeline network connecting the tanks to the city, Sa'ada airport, and gas and electricity stations.
The aggression launched a series of airstrikes on various areas in the capital, Sana'a, and the governorates of Sa'ada, Taiz, and Shabwa, resulting in dozens of casualties and significant damage to public and private property.
On April 9, 2016, dozens were killed and wounded in two airstrikes launched by the aggression on a gathering of marginalized people in the Al-Rawd neighborhood in the Al-Robi'i area of Taiz governorate. Five civilians, including three women and a child from one family, were also killed in an airstrike targeting a house in the Al-Dhabab area.
Hostile aircraft targeted the northwestern neighborhoods of Taiz city with two airstrikes, causing damage to homes and private property.
The coalition's airstrikes targeted the Al-Ardi area, the Al-Nimsa village, and two airstrikes on Wadi Aybar in Al-Ghail district in Jawf governorate, causing significant destruction to citizens' homes and property.
The coalition's airstrikes targeted two Al-Ashqari Mountains and one Haylan Mountain in Sirwah district in Marib governorate, while a hostile Apache helicopter targeted various areas in the district.
On April 9, 2017, the coalition's airstrikes targeted the new terminal building at Sana'a International Airport, causing significant damage.
In Sa'ada governorate, hostile aircraft launched 17 airstrikes on the Al-Malaheez, Bani Sayah, and Dhuib Junction areas in Al-Dhaher district, and four airstrikes on the Al-Saddad, Al-Majdah, and Jisr Al-Raqala areas in Baqim district.
The coalition's air force launched five raids on the Al-Jar area in Abs district in Hajjah governorate, one on Sirwah district in Marib governorate, and four on the Kahboub area in Lahj governorate.
In Taiz governorate, the coalition's air force targeted the Yakhtol and Al-Zahari areas in Mocha district with ten raids, the Al-Omairi area in Dhubab district with one raid, and the Mawza' junction with three raids.
On April 9, 2018, 12 civilians, including women and children from one family, were killed when the coalition's air force targeted their home in Damnat Khadir in Taiz governorate.
Three civilians, including a child, were killed and another was injured in a coalition airstrike on the Burkan area in Razih district in Sa'ada governorate. An elderly woman and a child were killed and another was injured in Saudi missile and artillery shelling that targeted areas in the same district.
Two civilians were killed and seven others, including female students, were injured in airstrikes on Sa'ada city.
Hostile aircraft launched an airstrike on the Al-Jabana area in Al-Salif District, Hodeida Governorate.
On April 9, 2019, aggression mercenaries targeted the 50th Street and the Al-Rabsa area in Hodeida city, the Doraihimi District, and civilian property in the village of Mahal Al-Sheikh in the Kilo 16 area, east of Doraihimi city, with rocket, artillery, and medium-calibre weapons.
On April 9, 2020, two civilians were killed as a result of mercenary artillery shelling on the city of Doraihimi in Hodeida Governorate. They also targeted the village of Al-Dahfash on the outskirts of the city and northeast of Hays with artillery. Aggression warships also targeted the village of Mahal Al-Sheikh in the Kilo 16 area with several missiles.
Aggression aircraft launched eight airstrikes on Haradh District in Hajjah Governorate, two airstrikes on Harf Sufyan District in Amran Governorate, three airstrikes on Nati' District in Baydha Governorate, two airstrikes on Al-Labanat Camp in Al-Hazm Desert, and two airstrikes on the Al-Aqaba area in Khab and al-Sha'af District in Al Jawf Governorate. Enemy aircraft launched four airstrikes on the Al-Malahiz area in Al-Dhaher district in Sa'ada governorate, while intensive Saudi missile and artillery shelling targeted populated villages in the border district of Munabih.
On April 9, 2021, a citizen was killed by Saudi army fire in the Al-Raqou area in Munabih district in Sa'ada governorate, while airstrikes targeted the Bani Sayyah area in Razih district.
Aggression aircraft launched three airstrikes on Al-Sawadiyah district in Baydha governorate, four airstrikes on Sirwah district, one airstrike on Madghal district in Marib governorate, and six airstrikes on the Al-Maraziq area in Khab and al-Sha'af district in Jawf governorate.
On April 9, 2022, two citizens were killed and three others were injured as a result of artillery shelling by aggression mercenaries on Razih district in Sa'ada governorate.
Reconnaissance aircraft launched three raids on the Al-Barh area in Taiz Governorate, and mercenary missile and artillery shelling targeted the Al-Akd area and civilian homes in the Al-Zour village in the Sirwah, Mala'a, and Al-Balq Al-Sharqi districts in Marib Governorate.
On April 9, 2023, reconnaissance aircraft launched seven raids on Hodeida Governorate. Mercenaries established combat fortifications in the Maqbana district of Taiz Governorate and the Al-Jabaliyah area in the Tohaita district of Hodeida, shelling various areas in the governorate with artillery and various types of live ammunition.
