Moscow - Saba:
Russia on Wednesday renewed its accusations that Ukraine continues to target its energy facilities in the Belgorod, Bryansk, Kursk, and Kherson regions, despite an agreement to halt such attacks for a month.
The Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement that the Ukrainian side continued to violate the Russian-American agreement to halt attacks on energy facilities for 30 days, starting in March, over the past 24 hours, launching unilateral attacks on Russian energy infrastructure. It noted that six such attacks had been recorded.
Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova had stated earlier today that the Kyiv regime was attempting to disrupt the ongoing dialogue between Moscow and Washington by carrying out attacks on Russian energy facilities, stressing that her country would not "succumb to these provocations, and that the responsibility will fall entirely on Kyiv and its supporters."
On March 25, the Russian presidency, the Kremlin, announced that Russia and the United States had agreed to prevent attacks on a list of Russian and Ukrainian facilities subject to a temporary embargo.
