Sana’a - Saba’:

Revolutionary Leader Sayyed. Abdul-Malik Badreddin al-Houthi confirmed that Yemen’s steadfast position with the Palestinian people, their righteous cause, and the support for their fighters remains unchanged.

In his address today regarding the latest developments of the aggression on Gaza and the recent regional and international events, the leader stated: “We remain steadfast in our stance and unwavering in our military operations and activities in all their fields and forms. We are reassured in our position by the care, help, and victory granted by God.”

He called on the people to participate in a massive, nationwide demonstration tomorrow in the capital, Sana’a, and the other governorates according to the approved arrangements. He added, “I invite you by the call of God to go out in groups, whether few or many – go out as part of your jihad in response to God, in support of the Palestinian people, and to frustrate the enemies.” He stressed that Yemen’s support for the Palestinian people is a religious and humanitarian stance—a position taken on its merit and not as an agent of anyone else.

He noted that the mass mobilization last week was tremendous, significant, and also important in thwarting the enemy who wishes to shatter and break the morale and will of the dear Yemeni people. The widespread turnout is an influential and significant solidarity that inspires others to mobilize, with an essential role in holding others accountable on a religious level.

He pointed out that the massive popular mobilization is intended to demoralize the American enemy and affects all of its measures, from airstrikes to its media propaganda. By the end of the week, our dear people will come out by the millions, steadfast in their position and continuing military operations, which will have an impact on the enemy’s morale.

He continued, “We remain steadfast in our stance, unwavering on the level of military operations and activities in all their fields. And the attitude of inertia and lethargy in confronting the enemy is accompanied by the threat from God. We are steadfast in our position and place our trust in God.”

The Revolutionary Leader also affirmed that Yemen will not accept that the American holds a “veto” over the Holy Quran or that their orders should override the Quran, or that we should disable God’s Book for their sake. He added, “We will never accept that the ceiling of our response to God is set by the level of American permission, because this unfortunate state has, for many Muslims, become the limit of their responsiveness to God and their adherence to the Quran.”

He emphasized that “our response to God, despite the disapproval of the American and his ilk, as well as all tyrants, criminals, arrogant oppressors, is to respond to God’s commands and to act by all values and the innate nature of humanity.”

Mr. Abdul-Malik Badreddin al-Houthi spoke about the Yemeni front supporting Gaza in the “Promised Victory and Sacred Jihad” battle, stressing that Yemen ranks first among all countries worldwide and within the Islamic nation in terms of its massive popular mobilization.

He said, “The mass mobilization in the capital, Sana’a, at the ‘Seventy Square’ is the greatest global spectacle of popular solidarity with the Palestinian people, as is the turnout in the other governorates.” He affirmed that the Yemeni position is characterized by both official and popular integration, across military and popular fields, in the battle for the ‘Promised Victory and Sacred Jihad.’

He highlighted that popular activities—demonstrations, events, seminars, and sit-ins—are expanding across various governorates. He explained that the scientific conference organized by the Yemeni Scholars Association this week is also part of the official and popular integration. It is not the first, but rather one stage in a series of intensive, periodic meetings that coincide with every major milestone aimed at further mobilizing and rallying people to confront the enemies.

He added, “The words of our esteemed scholars are powerful, important, and significant. The statements from the meeting were essential and beneficial. This scholarly activity presents a model that all Muslim scholars in other Islamic countries should follow; there must be a broad, scholarly movement across the Muslim world to awaken people to their responsibilities and the very serious consequences of neglect.”

The leader explained that the mobilization activities continue in terms of training, preparation, and diverse initiatives. He affirmed that the Yemeni position is unique, inspirational, and serves as a model for other countries and peoples. Despite enduring hardships with trivial excuses, the Yemeni people did not resort to fabricating insignificant justifications; rather, they moved to fulfill their religious, jihadist, and ethical duty.

He remarked, “Our people are motivated by their religious identity, which has irritated the American and Israeli enemies. The Yemeni front is strong and inspiring and serves as an important incentive and model for others.” He confirmed that the American aggression in support of the Israeli enemy aims to influence the Yemeni stance by all means.

He noted that the American enemy conducted more than 220 airstrikes this week using stealth aircraft, F-18 fighter jets, and other types. He explained that the American enemy intensified its aggression on Yemen and executed over 900 airstrikes and naval bombardments within a month, targeting many civilian landmarks.

He asserted that American aggression is a failure and will never be able to stop the Yemeni military operations in support of the Palestinian people. He clarified that the American enemy failed to secure the Israeli ships; both the Red Sea and the Arab port remain completely closed off to the Israeli enemy. The continuous blockade of Israeli ships is a clear indication of the failure of American aggression.

He added, “There is no result to American aggression in achieving its objectives of bolstering and protecting the Israeli enemy and enabling it to resume navigation.”

He explained that the Yemeni Armed Forces carried out several operations this week using missile strikes and drones towards occupied Jaffa and Ashkelon, and the launching of supersonic missiles and Al-Faqr missiles coincided with the Jewish ‘Passover,’ which served as a holiday present for those criminals.

He described the latest operation in occupied Jaffa and Ashdod as clear evidence of the failure of American aggression to halt Yemeni operations or diminish its military capabilities. He affirmed that the Yemeni Armed Forces continue to confront the American enemy, targeting the aircraft carrier with continuous operations and engaging with it.

Revolutionary Leader al-Houthi described the downing of the 19th MQ-9 Reaper drone as a significant achievement because the American enemy heavily relies on it. At the same time, he confirmed the effectiveness of the Yemeni Armed Forces and their substantial impact in countering the aggression.

He mentioned that the total Yemeni operations this month reached 78, executed with 171 missiles that include ballistic, cruise, supersonic missiles, and drones. The total military operations since the 15th of Ramadan indicate the level of support, effective stance, and the strength of the operations.

He said, “We executed 33 operations against the aircraft carrier and its accompanying vessels, launching 122 missiles—ballistic and cruise missiles and drones. One result of our operations is that the role of the aircraft carrier in the Red Sea has been almost completely neutralized, forcing the enemy to bring in another aircraft carrier.”

He added, “One result of our operations against the aircraft carrier ‘Truman’ has been that the American enemy resorted to using stealth aircraft.” He stressed that the American resort to using a base in the Indian Ocean—nearly four thousand kilometers away—was due to the failure and ineffectiveness of its operations.

He pointed out that what the ‘Truman’ aircraft carrier is doing has now become primarily defensive; it barely defends itself against Yemeni operations, which have placed it in a defensive state and prevented it from ensuring Israeli navigation.

The leader confirmed that the enemy’s resort to another aircraft carrier is a failure that proves ‘Truman’ did not have a significant role in achieving American objectives. He noted that the Yemeni position is effective, influential, and strong—thus compelling the American enemy to resort to deploying more of its capacities and capabilities.

He continued, “We executed four missile launch operations – targeting the surveillance and refueling aircraft, as well as American warplanes in the Red Sea, in addition to conducting more than 11 interception operations against American aircraft, including against stealth jets, and several operations were foiled.”

He mentioned that there were successful interception operations that caused the American enemy to fail in executing several operations and in bombing multiple targets within our country. He explained that the Yemeni Armed Forces carried out 26 operations towards the occupied Palestinian territories with 30 missiles that included ballistic, supersonic missiles, and drones.

He pointed out that the volume and momentum of Yemeni military operations confirm that our capabilities remain robust, strong, and have not been affected by American aggression. He added, “Our capacities are growing, and the concerned experts in these fields are increasingly innovative and proficient in both technical advancement and operational tactical manufacturing.”

He also affirmed that the clear evidence of the momentum, effectiveness, diversity, and strength of our operations—and the results achieved—has been acknowledged by the Americans and the Israelis themselves.

The Revolutionary Leader cited numerous admissions and statements that reflect American and Israeli dismay at the steadfastness of the Yemeni position, including two American senators who jointly sent a message to the criminal Trump, warning that strikes on Yemen only enhance the capabilities of the supporters of Allah.

He added, “We say to the American: your aggression against our country only makes us stronger, increases our military capabilities, and makes us more effective.” He noted that some American officials have considered the operations announced by Trump as a violation of the powers granted to the U.S. Congress regarding oversight of combat activities.

He referred to Trump’s astonishment at the Yemenis’ capability to manufacture missiles, which reflects the American conviction that these missiles are made in Yemen by Yemenis. He explained, “Trump acknowledges that Yemeni missiles are extremely sophisticated; a former American senator said that the Yemenis are known for their resilience, and American officials have stated that the comprehensive bombing, which cost the United States billions of dollars, achieved nothing.”

He said, “The whole world sees the Yemenis on the right side of history and in a just cause that garners the collective human conscience in supporting the Palestinian people.” He affirmed that Yemen’s supportive stance with the Palestinian people is in the right direction—a position recognized by all in the world and congruent with everything. He added, “The greater the failure of the American aggression relative to its magnitude, the greater and more magnificent our victory will be.”

He then discussed the root of the trade war initiated by America against its trade partners, pointing out the issue of the enormous debt America faces as the world’s largest debtor, along with the immense national debt—huge debts that lead to a fiscal deficit.

The Revolutionary Leader spoke about the trade deficit caused by declining American production and the increasing rate of imports, an issue for their economic status. He noted that there is a decline in America’s ability to compete within the framework of free trade and the global trading system.

He explained that America once clung to the global trading system because it was beneficial for them in the past. However, as its competitiveness waned, it now wants to break away from that system. He clarified that Trump abandoned the rules of free competition in trade in favor of a policy of extortion, pressure, punishment, and unilateral measures, dealing with the economic problem in a boastful and coercive manner, reversing all systems, laws, and agreements.

He continued, “Among the damages and impacts of Trump’s decision, as noted by European officials, European leaders, and global entities, is the economic recession, which means inflation, rising prices, a sharp decline in stock markets, and repercussions on factories and companies.” He affirmed that the current folly in America is manifested in its rash handling of problems, whether on the political, economic, or military level.

The leader addressed the damages caused by Trump’s decision, including what is happening in America, Europe, and among America’s trading partners, which resulted in the loss of major traders in America and the West in a single day—losses exceeding 200 billion dollars—and the trillions in losses at the moment of the American decision announcement.

He said, “Many international entities view Trump’s decision as a threat to the global economy, and it is the Americans who suffer the most.” He stressed that Trump’s mentality treats the world without considering the interests of any country, which has significantly destabilized the economy in Europe and in countries that have strong ties with America, this being a result of silence and complicity regarding the Gaza sector.

He mentioned that developing countries are severely affected by Trump’s decision, but they have the opportunity to free themselves economically and commercially by standing up to America, by engaging with each other, and with other dynamic nations.

The leader began his speech by discussing the suffering of most of the residents of the Gaza Strip, who have become displaced due to the continuing Israeli aggression, in partnership with America, and the enemy’s continued targeting of health facilities despite damage to the health sector, as was the case with the Baptist Hospital.

He noted that the Israeli enemy continues its war of starvation for more than a month and a half, with a UN acknowledgment of the suffering due to the prevention of food supplies from entering—by the enemy that employs every conceivable crime of genocide in the Gaza Strip, all amid ongoing Arab lethargy and international complicity. He drew attention to the enemy’s attempt to completely occupy the city of Rafah, which constitutes a threat to Egyptian national security and a violation of the “Israeli-Egyptian” agreement, and mentioned that the Israeli enemy works with the Americans to bypass the prisoner issue or release them without an exchange deal.

He explained that the Israeli enemy, alongside the Americans, seeks to blackmail the Palestinian people into releasing the prisoners without adhering to previously agreed terms. He affirmed that the demands of the Hamas movement are nothing more than humanitarian entitlements to the minimum of the Palestinian people’s rights, but that American and Israeli tyranny refuse this.

He said, “On the day of the Palestinian prisoner, thousands of Palestinian detainees in Israeli prisons suffer.” He stressed that the issue of Palestinian prisoners in the enemy’s jails cannot be dismissed or their suffering overlooked.

Mr. Abdul-Malik Badreddin al-Houthi confirmed the continuation of the Israeli enemy in its crimes and offenses in Palestinian lands, including the desecration of Al-Aqsa Mosque. Especially at this time, coinciding with what they call the Jewish ‘Passover,’ leading criminals and bands of violators execute daily incursions into the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque in full view and hearing of Muslims—a grave and major crime.

He emphasized the necessity for Muslims to act against the crimes and desecration of Al-Aqsa committed by the Zionist enemy. He stated, “The Israeli enemy is carrying out a process of taming and preparing the way for the execution of the Zionist Jewish plan against Al-Aqsa Mosque, and the Jews have a clear objective of complete control over the mosque and its transformation into the so-called temple. This is a grave lapse by Muslims regarding their sacred sites and the important issues connected to their religion—a dangerous indicator that encourages the enemy against them.”

He then discussed the enemy’s practices and violations in the West Bank, including abductions, destruction, and its continuous efforts to displace and plunder private properties in cities and towns throughout the West Bank. He affirmed that the Zionist enemy continues its crimes without any regard for agreements, not even for the cooperating Palestinian Authority, nor for United Nations charters or human rights.

He noted that the American grants the Zionist enemy complete freedom to desecrate the Palestinian people, allowing the enemy to do whatever it pleases, inciting, participating, and sharing in the same goal with the enemy entity by adopting the issue of displacement and the extermination of the Palestinians.

He described these massacres and crimes as the height of tyranny and criminality and a violation of international traditions, norms, and human rights laws.

He also confirmed that the American continues to accompany the Zionist enemy in its unparalleled criminality and genocide, notably by continuously shipping arms to the enemy’s entity daily. He explained that there has been an intensification in the supply of weapons shipments to the Zionist enemy, as well as an increase in the mobilization of Israeli depots.

He added, “In contrast, there is remarkable resilience and steadfastness among the fighters of al-Qassam Brigades, Saraya al-Quds, and other factions, despite extremely difficult conditions.” He explained that the fighters in Gaza are standing firm against the Israeli enemy, setting lethal ambushes, and continuing even with rocket barrages.

The Revolutionary Leader highlighted the continuous Israeli attacks and violations of the agreement in Lebanon, encouraged and supported by America, stating that these daily attacks on Lebanon are more of an Israeli-directed policy rather than something new for Lebanon.

He confirmed that the Israeli enemy’s ambitions in Lebanon are clear as part of their Zionist plan, and that Lebanon is considered part of the “Greater Israel” project. He said, “If the Israeli enemy succeeds in its major aggression against Lebanon, it will indeed carry out a full invasion of Lebanon.”

He explained that the Israeli enemy aspires to complete control over Lebanon, to have it fully subjugated and desecrated, and is currently seeking to begin operations to plunder the Litani River, demonstrating clear ambitions and aggressive directions.

The leader discussed the Israeli enemy’s continuous intrusions into Lebanese airspace, its attacks by gunfire, artillery, and occupation of centers within Lebanon, as well as its attempts to impede the return and settlement of the Lebanese people in their homes in safety, and its targeting of ready-made shelters.

He added, “The Israeli enemy poses a danger and a threat to Lebanon; it is the problem and the evil for Lebanon. As for Hezbollah, it plays the greatest role within the framework of the legitimate right to save Lebanon.” He affirmed that significant victories have been achieved by Hezbollah over the Israeli enemy that have never been attained by Muslims and Arabs against it before.

He stressed that it is the duty of all Lebanese, both officially and popularly, to support the resistance and back it up, and that they must realize that this is a necessary option that cannot be dispensed with. He confirmed that if the option of resistance in Lebanon is forsaken, the matter will turn into a grave threat and a loss of freedom and independence.

He praised the role of Hezbollah, which has made the greatest sacrifices to protect Lebanon and the dignity of the Lebanese people, and insisted that the duty is to support Hezbollah rather than conspire against the resistance. He clarified that the correct national priority in Lebanon should be to expel the Israeli enemy from what is rightfully occupied on Lebanese land and to halt its assaults.

He added, “One should not ignore Lebanon’s priorities and instead adopt the enemy’s priorities by demanding the surrender of the resistance’s weapons. The approach in Lebanon should be to force the Israeli enemy to fully implement the agreement and to complete its withdrawal from Lebanese territory.”

He discussed the ongoing practices of the Israeli enemy in desecrating Syria by installing nine bases in the south and drawing red lines in front of extremist groups and their supporters.

He asserted that everything the enemy is doing in Palestine, Lebanon, and Syria is clear evidence that the Arab and Islamic peoples urgently need to possess deterrence and protection capabilities. He stressed that the nation must possess the means of defense to protect itself against an enemy that commits crimes against it.

He continued, “If Arab regimes had armed and supported the Palestinian people from the very beginning of the Israeli occupation, the situation today would be entirely different.” He pointed out that the Palestinian resistance is what has prevented the complete displacement of the Palestinian people and the total eradication of the cause over the decades.

He emphasized that the Palestinian resistance is effective despite its limited capabilities, and that the situation would be different if it received greater support and backing. He affirmed that all the peoples of the world seek to possess the means of power to protect themselves and to have deterrence in the face of enemies.

He added, “What is required of the Arabs and Muslims—whether American, Israeli, or European—is to be deprived of all means of defense and protection. Yet after all that has happened in the Gaza Strip, Arab regimes and powers are advocating the disarmament of the Palestinian people.”

He continued, “Any proposals to disarm the Palestinian resistance are illogical and absurd.” He stressed that the Palestinian people must be the first to possess arms to defend their land and honor, and that there must be significant interest in arming them, as they are the rightful and aggrieved party. The resistance, he stated, possesses the necessary humanitarian and ethical controls and commitments.

He expressed regret over some Arab regimes and powers that have adopted the disarmament of the resistance in Gaza and Lebanon, noting that disarming the resistance means that the Palestinian people and the Arab populations would become mere sheep, destined to be slaughtered by the enemy during its celebrations.

He cited the bitter experiences of the Palestinian people following the Nakba of 1948, when Egyptian and Jordanian authorities at the time disarmed the Palestinians, leaving them vulnerable to the enemy during the 1967 catastrophe.

He stated, “All that has happened for decades consists of conspiracies and projects aimed at eliminating the Palestinian presence throughout Palestine. What is needed is to prevent arming the Israeli enemy, as it is a dangerous, unjust, and criminal adversary.” He expressed astonishment at the fact that the Israeli enemy is armed with every kind of weapon—even nuclear weapons—while depriving the oppressed and aggrieved peoples of their right to possess arms.

He added, “If our people are disarmed and stripped of all means of strength, it means they will be vulnerable and slaughtered by the enemy without any resistance. Who will then protect our nation if it does not possess arms and all the means of power?”

He touched upon the genocidal crimes committed against Muslims throughout history as a result of neglecting jihad in the way of God, adding, “Any Muslim people that is vulnerable and slaughtered is met with inaction by anyone, not from the United Nations, nor the Security Council, while Europeans celebrate such outcomes.”

He referred to what France is currently doing in Algeria—harassing and implementing provocative policies against the Algerian people—asserting that what France did in Algeria was extremely atrocious, an act of tyranny, mass extermination, and genocide, as well as what Spain and Italy did during the colonial era.

The leader asserted that our nation needs arms more than any other, and that the people of the nation must be the first to possess the means of protection and power to defend themselves rather than align with the Israeli and American narrative.

He stressed that it is the duty of the nation—religiously, humanely, and ethically—to move in practical steps to support the Palestinian people. He added, “If the nation does not take action on the military front, then it must act in other fields, such as political and economic boycotts.”

He explained that every practical step is important when it is taken as a measure to impose isolation on the Israeli enemy. He noted that the measure taken by the Maldives in preventing Israeli tourists from entering their country was a practical step of significance, as was the move by Bangladesh—a practical boycott measure against the Israeli enemy.

He affirmed that these practical measures are necessary because many Arab and Islamic regimes have not yet taken any practical steps or initiatives. He stressed that the humanitarian voice in solidarity with the Palestinian people must grow and widen in all countries and be encouraged.

He added, “This week, demonstrations broke out in many countries. We hope these demonstrations grow, expand, and increase in number, accompanied by student activities as seen in previous months.”

The Revolutionary Leader reiterated that the American enemy is trying to silence the humanitarian voice, whether in America or even in the Western non-believing world, in a flagrant disregard of internationally recognized laws and rights. He explained that the American targets universities through systematic pressure, clarifying that Europeans are also trying to suppress and intensify their crackdowns on student activities, making it overt and blatant.

He reviewed the operations carried out by America, including the arrest of some students, the deportation of others, the suspension of scholarships, and other measures targeting the educational sector through pressure, harassment, and the curtailment of freedom of expression and the right to demonstrate and show solidarity with the Palestinian people.

He noted that the American enemy overtly criminalizes any demand to stop the genocide against the Palestinian people, calling it a crime and antisemitic, and that a very negative attitude prevails toward students, including beatings in the Western world. He stated that this is an important lesson even within academic and elite circles.

He urged the elites to understand the extent of Zionist Jewish influence over their homelands and countries, emphasizing that it poses a danger to their freedom and humanity. He added, “In the Islamic world, massive and crowded demonstrations took place in Bangladesh with hundreds of thousands of participants. I hope we see such scenes in Arab and Islamic countries.”
