Sana'a – Saba:
The Leader of the Revolution, Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badreddin al-Houthi, affirmed that the Islamic nation bears a religious, moral, and humanitarian responsibility in confronting the Zionist project in defense of its interests and national security.
In his speech today regarding the latest developments of the aggression on Gaza and regional and international events, the Leader pointed out that the silence, hesitation, and inaction of the Islamic nation have encouraged the Israeli enemy in all its actions against the peoples of the nation. It even receives encouragement from some Arab regimes at the same time. He clarified that submission to the Israeli enemy—with all its hatred, greed, and blatant disregard for Arabs and Muslims—is in no one's interest.
He explained that the Israeli enemy does not value those who submit to it, align with it, or adopt its narratives and slogans as part of its scheme. Nor does it appreciate any member of this nation, no matter how many services they provide to it. He emphasized that the choice of allegiance to the enemy serves only the enemy, destroys the nation, and further enables its adversaries.
The Leader of the Revolution stated that surrendering to the enemy is a suicidal, destructive, and catastrophic choice that causes the nation to lose everything while simultaneously incurring severe punishment from Allah. He noted that the nation possesses significant capabilities and enabling factors that would encourage it to confront the enemy—if only it adopted the correct perspective.
He said, *"There is an appalling and terrifying state of blindness in the condition of the nation. Yet, there are also encouraging factors for this nation to rise to its responsibility. The first and foremost of these factors, which stands as a reproach to the nation, is the extent and magnitude of Palestinian resilience in the Gaza Strip. For over a year and a half, they have demonstrated unprecedented levels of steadfastness, resolve, effectiveness, and sacrifice—something never before seen in the history of the conflict with the Israeli enemy, neither in Palestine itself nor on the Arab level."*
He added, *"Never before has there been such resilience in the face of genocide, destruction, and a criminal, barbaric Israeli-American offensive backed by the West, while giving the Israeli enemy free rein to commit the most heinous crimes."*
The Leader affirmed that despite all this, the Israeli enemy has failed for over a year and a half to achieve what it sought in the Gaza Strip or to accomplish its goal of full control. He pointed out that the extraordinary resilience of the mujahideen brothers in Gaza, with extremely limited resources, as well as the steadfastness of the civilian population under the harshest and most difficult conditions, stands as a reproach to this nation.
He stressed that this resilience should have been met with embrace, support, and solidarity, and that there should have been a shift in dealings toward the Palestinian people, with greater support, and toward the mujahideen.
