Jericho – Saba:
A group of Zionist settlers cut water lines extending from al-Auja spring, which supply water to the homes of citizens in al-Auja community, north of Jericho.
The Palestinian News Agency (WAFA) quoted Hassan Malihat, general supervisor of al-Baydar Organization for the Defense of Bedouin Rights and Targeted Villages, as saying: "Zionist settlers conducted provocative tours in their vehicles among the homes of Palestinian citizens and then cut the water pipes extending from the Al-Auja spring, which supply drinking water to the homes."
Malihat added that these attacks come in the context of attempts to forcibly displace Palestinian citizens from their lands, as part of a systematic escalation policy aimed at emptying the Palestinian Jordan Valley of its indigenous inhabitants.
