Russian President Vladimir Putin has conveyed his sympathy and condolences to the Leader of the Islamic Revolution in Iran, Sayyed Ali Khamenei, and President Masoud Pezeshkian, following the explosion at Shahid Rajaee Port in southern Iran.
In his message to both Iranian leaders, Putin expressed Russia's condolences to the Iranian government and people for the victims of the port explosion.
He stated that Moscow stands ready to provide necessary measures and assistance to address the consequences and problems arising from the incident.
Putin concluded his message by extending his deepest condolences to the leadership of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the families of the victims, expressing solidarity and sympathy for their loss.
