Gaza - Saba:
The Civil Defense announced that fuel supplies for operating firefighting, rescue, and ambulance vehicles in the southern provinces of the Gaza Strip have run out, resulting in eight out of twelve vehicles being immobilized.
In a press statement on Monday, the Civil Defense warned that their humanitarian interventions and response to citizens' appeals in these provinces will be limited, with only four vehicles remaining operational. This poses a threat to the lives of hundreds of thousands of citizens and displaced people in shelters.
It held the enemy responsible for exacerbating the suffering of the Palestinian people in the Strip due to the ongoing war and continued blockade.
The Civil Defense renewed its call to the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) and international institutions to take immediate action to open the crossings of Gaza Strip , allow the entry of fuel to supply organizations and agencies working in the humanitarian field.
